Sublimation is a process applying an image to polyster fabric via heat process
The design is printed onto paper & then heat pressed onto the fabric panel before the shirt is made
The ink is converted from a solid to a gas under controlled heat, time & pressure using a heat transfer press.
The heat opens the pores of the polymer & allows the gas to enter. When the temperature drops the pores close & the gas reverts to a solid state
This leaves a bright non fade soft feel print to the fabric
